Return & Exchange Conditions

Timeframe:

  • Exchange: Accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

     

  • Return: Accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

     

Product Condition:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

     

  • Products must be in their original condition.

     

  • Opened, tampered, damaged, or partially used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

     

  • If return/exchange conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to reject the request.

     

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Items that require special storage conditions (e.g., baby food).

     

  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:
